WHY IS STRONG TEA NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH?

While tannins have antioxidant properties, they can also bind to minerals like iron, reducing their absorption in the body. This can be a concern for individuals with iron deficiency anemia.

3. **Digestive Issues**: Some people may experience digestive discomfort, such as acid reflux or stomach upset, when consuming very strong tea, particularly on an empty stomach. This is because strong tea can increase stomach acidity, which may exacerbate these issues in susceptible individuals.

4. **Tea Staining**: Strongly brewed tea can potentially stain tooth enamel over time, particularly if consumed frequently and not followed by adequate oral hygiene practices like brushing and flossing.

5. **Potential for Additives**: In some cases, strong tea may be brewed with additives like excessive sugar or cream, which can contribute to calorie intake and may not be conducive to a healthy diet, especially if consumed regularly.

It’s important to note that moderate consumption of tea, even if brewed strongly, is generally considered safe for most people and may offer health benefits.
