  • In the FIDE World Chess Championship, India’s D Gukesh has taken 6-5 lead after defeating defending champion Ding Liren in the 11th round in Singapore on Monday.
  • In Men’s Asia Cup Under-19 Cricket, Bangladesh has defeated India in the final to lift the cup. The defending champions beat India by 59 runs at Dubai International Stadium
  • Over 18,000 runners participate in 7th edition of Indian Oil WNC Navy Half Marathon 2024
  • In women’s Cricket, hosts Australia defeated India by 122 runs in the second One Day International at Allen Border Field in Brisbane, Queensland.
  • In Cricket, Australia have won the second test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy at Adelaide Oval. The hosts chased the target of 19 runs with no loss after dismissing India for 175 in their second innings.
