Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

 Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was a great freedom fighter and a great politician of India. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is also known as the iron man of India.  He was born on 31st October 1875 In Gujarat, India.  The Full name of ‘Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’ was Sardar Vallabhbhai, Jhaverbhai Patel.  His father’s name was Jhaverbhai and his mother’s name was Laad Bai.  He was a successful lawyer.  Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was the 1st home minister of India and also the first deputy prime minister.  Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel died on 15 December 1950 at the age of 75. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel has a huge memorial (statue). Whose name is Statue of Unity. It is the world’s tallest statue with a height of 182 meters (597 ft).
