National Cadet Corps Day
The National Cadet Corps is the world’s largest and uniformed youth organization। It is open to school and college students on a voluntary basis। National Cadet Corps Day is celebrated every year on the fourth Sunday of November।N.C.C. The first was introduced in Germany in 1666। ‘National Cadet Corps’ (N.C.C.) Originated in the ‘University Corps’ with the objective of filling the army gap under the ‘Indian Defence Act, 1917। In 1920, when the ‘Indian Territorial Act was passed’, the ‘University Corps’ was replaced by the ‘University Training Corps’ (U.T.C.) Was changed to the name of। In the year 1942 U.T.C. ‘University Officers Training Corporation’ (U.O.T.C.) Renamed as। This was the right feeling of our leaders to create a youth organization at the national level to train young boys and girls, make them better citizens in all walks of life including security forces and better leaders of the future for our great country।

राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर विश्व का सबसे बड़ा और वर्दीधारी युवा संगठन है। यह स्वैच्छिक आधार पर स्कूल और कॉलेज के छात्रों के लिए खुला है। राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष नवम्बर माह के चौथे रविवार को मनाया जाता है।एन.सी.सी. सबसे पहले जर्मनी में 1666 में शुरू किया गया था। ‘राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर’ (एन.सी.सी.) की उत्पत्ति ‘विश्वविद्यालय कोर’ में हुई, जो ‘भारतीय रक्षा अधिनियम, 1917’ के तहत सेना की कमी को पूरा करने के उद्देश्य के साथ था। 1920 में, जब ‘भारतीय प्रादेशिक अधिनियम पारित’ हुआ था, ‘विश्वविद्यालय कोर’ को ‘विश्वविद्यालय प्रशिक्षण कोर’ (यू.टी.सी.) के नाम से बदल दिया गया। वर्ष 1942 में यू.टी.सी. को ‘विश्वविद्यालय अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण काँपरेशन’ (यू.ओ.टी.सी.) के रूप में पुनः नामकरण किया गया। युवा लड़के और लड़कियों को प्रशिक्षित करने, सुरक्षा बल सहित जीवन के सभी क्षेत्र में बेहतर नागरिक बनाने और हमारे महान् देश के लिए भविष्य के बेहतर नेता बनाने के लिए, राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक युवा संगठन बनाने की ज़रूरत हमारे नेताओं का यही उचित एहसास था।
