I’m looking forward to informs someone you are very excited about in the future, and waiting for it to happen. It should be followed by noun or verb-ing.

I’m looking forward to + (verb-ing)

Examples:

” I’m looking forward to meeting my girlfriend. “
” I’m looking forward to starting a new job. “
” I’m looking forward to hearing good news from you. “
” I’m looking forward to discussing with you. “
