• यूक्रेनी राष्ट्रपति वोलोडिमिर ज़ेलेंस्की ने रूसी और यूक्रेनी सेनाओं के बीच प्रस्तावित 40 किलोमीटर के बफर ज़ोन को अवास्तविक और क्षेत्र का वास्तविक आत्मसमर्पण बताकर खारिज कर दिया। यूरोपीय नेताओं ने इस विचार को एक व्यापक शांति योजना के हिस्से के रूप में पेश किया, जिसका लक्ष्य संघर्ष को कम करना था।
