• भारत और वियतनाम ने दिल्ली में सूचना एवं प्रसारण राज्य मंत्री डॉ. एल मुरुगन और वियतनाम के उच्च पदस्थ अधिकारियों के प्रतिनिधिमंडल के बीच बैठक के दौरान मीडिया और मनोरंजन क्षेत्र में सहयोग बढ़ाने पर सहमति व्यक्त की है।
• प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज जम्मू-कश्मीर की अपनी यात्रा के दौरान उधमपुर-श्रीनगर-बारामुल्ला रेल लिंक (यूएसबीआरएल) परियोजना राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे। २७२ किलोमीटर लंबी यूएसबीआरएल परियोजना का निर्माण करीब ४४ हजार करोड़ रुपये की लागत से किया गया है।
