• भारतीय सेना पोखरण फील्ड फायरिंग रेंज, बबीना फील्ड फायरिंग रेंज और जोशीमठ सहित देश भर के प्रमुख स्थानों पर अगली पीढ़ी की रक्षा प्रौद्योगिकियों का परीक्षण कर रही है।
• चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल अनिल चौहान ने सिंगापुर में चल रही शांगरी-ला वार्ता में चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस फोर्सेज गोलमेज सम्मेलन में भाग लिया। चर्चा के दौरान, दुनिया भर के रक्षा प्रमुखों ने गंभीर सुरक्षा चुनौतियों पर विचार-विमर्श किया तथा उभरते रुझानों और नवीन समाधानों पर विचार-विमर्श किया।
• केंद्रीय अंतरिक्ष विभाग मंत्री डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह ने घोषणा की कि भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्री समूह के कप्तान शुभांशु शुक्ला अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष स्टेशन (आईएसएस) पर खाद्य और पोषण संबंधी प्रयोग करेंगे। ये प्रयोग आगामी एक्सिओम मिशन 4 के भाग के रूप में आयोजित किये जायेंगे।
• दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने आरजेडी प्रमुख और पूर्व रेल मंत्री लालू प्रसाद यादव द्वारा पेश की गई याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है, जिसमें नौकरियों के लिए भूमि घोटाले के मामले में ट्रायल कोर्ट की कार्यवाही पर रोक लगाने की मांग की गई थी।
