  • In West Bengal, BJP candidate Suvendu Adhikari defeated Chief Minister and TMC leader Mamata Banerjee in the Bhabanipur assembly constituency by more than 15 thousand votes. Out of a total of 293 assembly seats, BJP has bagged 208 seats approximately.

  • The BJP has scripted history in West Bengal by securing overwhelming mandate in the 294-member state assembly. The ruling BJP-led NDA has secured a historic third consecutive term in Assam. In Kerala, the United Democratic Front has swept poll with 99 seats, signalling a decisive return to power.

पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा उम्मीदवार सुवेंदु अधिकारी ने भबानीपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में मुख्यमंत्री और टीएमसी नेता ममता बनर्जी को १५ हजार से अधिक मतों से हराया। कुल २९३ विधानसभा सीटों में से भाजपा ने लगभग २०८ सीटें हासिल की हैं।
• भाजपा ने 294 सदस्यीय राज्य विधानसभा में भारी जनादेश हासिल करके पश्चिम बंगाल में इतिहास रच दिया है। सत्तारूढ़ भाजपा नीत एनडीए ने असम में लगातार तीसरा ऐतिहासिक कार्यकाल हासिल किया है। केरल में यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक फ्रंट ने 99 सीटों के साथ चुनाव में जीत हासिल की है, जो सत्ता में निर्णायक वापसी का संकेत है।
• सत्तारूढ़ भाजपा नीत एनडीए ने असम में लगातार तीसरी बार ऐतिहासिक जीत हासिल की है और 126 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में 64 सीटों का बहुमत हासिल किया है। अब तक १२४ निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए नतीजे घोषित हो चुके हैं, भाजपा ने ८२ सीटें हासिल की हैं, जबकि उसके सहयोगी असम गण परिषद (एजीपी) ने १० सीटें जीती हैं।
