1.VOCIFEROUS (ADJECTIVE): Loud, insistent

Synonyms: clamorous, noisy    

     

Antonyms: silence, soft

Example Sentence:

This is one of the most vociferous streets in town.

  1. RUMINATE (VERB):Think about seriously

Synonyms: meditate, ponder      

Antonyms: ignore, neglect

Example Sentence:

The judges will ruminate over the evidence before deciding upon a verdict.

  1. EFFRONTERY (NOUN):Nerve, boldness

Synonyms: audacity, arrogance     

Antonyms: timidity, meekness

Example Sentence:

The two policemen laughed at the effrontery of the criminal who tried to disguise himself by dressing as a woman.
